All orders are shipping on the following day
Standard Delivery in the UK: £2.50 (1-3 working days)
Next day delivery in the UK: £4.95
Orders over 5 lashes: £4.50 (1-3 working days)
International Delivery: £9.50 (7-10 working days)
Shipping Policy
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned in its original state For returns based on unwanted items; you must return within 14 days of receiving the item.
In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.

Please note; Our lashes are handmade and therefore can have slight differences when manufactured.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.; We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days (UK) & 10 working days (International).
